“Always curious. Always learning. ♡”
Welcome
We're real people with a shared love of science, research and understanding more about peptides and their potential.
We're not doctors or medically qualified. What we share comes from our own research, learning and experience, and we encourage you to explore the science and do your own research too.
We're here to make that journey easier, share what we discover and support you along the way.
Real People. Real Support. Real Results.
Peptides.family is for adults aged 18 and over. Please confirm you're 18+ to continue.

Stronger Together ♡
I first found peptides at a point where I was feeling pretty low and looking for something that might give my overall health and wellbeing a bit of a boost. I was particularly interested in things like hydration, energy and immune support, and initially found myself looking at IV wellness clinics offering different vitamin and NAD+ infusions, usually with a pretty eye watering price tag attached.
That curiosity eventually led me down the peptide rabbit hole. I started exploring things like NAD+, Melanotan II, Selank and Ipamorelin, and quickly realised just how broad this world actually was. My own experiences were what really hooked me. Different things became useful to me for completely different reasons, from feeling calmer and sleeping better to recovery, appetite and general wellbeing. The more I researched, the more fascinated I became. There seemed to be something being researched for almost everything, and I wanted to understand it all.
PE-22-28
PE-22-28 has become particularly interesting to me because of my personal experience with mood and my interest in the research surrounding its potential antidepressant-like effects.
GHRP-6
GHRP-6 earns its place for a completely different reason. The increase in appetite has been genuinely noticeable for me.
Melanotan II
I originally knew Melanotan II for tanning, but my personal experience with its effects on mood is one of the reasons it has remained a favourite.

What I'm Exploring Next
I'm always researching what might come next. At the moment, I'm particularly fascinated by Astressin-B and excited to follow the research around it. There is always something new to learn.
Starting peptides can be a faff. There are vials, concentrations, calculations, equipment, storage, acronyms and a mountain of science to get your head around before you've even started. It can also become incredibly expensive. I remember what that felt like, and it's a huge part of why I wanted to create peptides.family.
I want to share the journey I've fallen in love with with normal people like us, without the crazy price tag and without making people feel as though they need a science degree and a calculator permanently attached to them just to understand what's going on. I want peptides.family to make a complicated subject feel approachable, with clear information, straightforward explanations and genuine support from people who have been through that confusing beginning themselves.
Taking the stress away from peptides. ♡

Stronger Together ♡
My first introduction to peptides was through a Facebook advert for NAD+ in 2024. I had a quick look, saw loads of positive comments and then pretty much dismissed the whole thing. I believed strongly in conventional medicine and, at the time, peptides just weren't something I was prepared to buy into.
My partner was a very different story. She had spent months studying and researching peptides and eventually convinced me to give them a chance. I started with BPC-157 and KPV, still fairly sceptical about what I was going to get from them.
My experience with peptides completely changed my opinion of them. I wasn't looking for a miracle and I learned that these things can take time, but personally I feel the journey has transformed my health. Beyond the physical changes I've experienced, I've regained confidence, energy and a much more positive outlook on life.
Retatrutide
Retatrutide is one of my favourites because of my personal experience with weight loss. For me, it has supported steady progress while I've focused on improving my overall health rather than simply chasing a number on the scales.
KLOW
KLOW has also become a firm favourite. I've personally noticed improvements in my skin and hair, as well as how I feel recovering after sporting activities.
MOTS-c
Sport is important to me, and the difference I've personally felt in my energy is what earns MOTS-c a place in my top three.

Where I Want This Journey To Go
My goal now is actually quite simple. I want to be in the best health I can be, feel energetic and continue learning. I also want more people to be able to explore the research around peptides and understand their potential without feeling completely overwhelmed by the subject.
That's a huge part of why I wanted to help create peptides.family. We want to share our journey, make the subject easier to understand and make information more accessible to normal people who are curious just like we were.
We started in very different places, but somehow ended up falling down the same rabbit hole together.
People arrive here for completely different reasons.
Energy. Recovery. Weight management. Sleep. Skin. Performance. Healthy ageing. Curiosity.
Or simply wanting to understand their body a little better.
That's exactly why we called it peptides.family.
This isn't about everybody having the same journey. It's about having somewhere to explore yours.
Different people. Different lives. Different journeys.
