Currently, orders are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

£10 delivery

Standard delivery charge: £10. Orders are sent using a tracked, signed-for next-day delivery service wherever available. We'll provide tracking information so you can follow your parcel. Carrier delays can occasionally occur, so next-day arrival cannot be guaranteed.

If a parcel is delayed or you're not available to receive it the next day, the carrier will usually attempt delivery again. We pack orders with normal delivery conditions in mind, so a short delay or redelivery does not, by itself, mean the contents have been affected. If you have any concerns when it arrives, please get in touch.

On warmer days, we may get in touch to agree a dispatch day when you're more likely to be home and able to receive your parcel promptly.

Dispatch

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within one day, but we work flexibly rather than to a rigid cut-off. We're happy to discuss delivery options and our current schedule before you order.

Need something by a particular day? Talk to us. We'll always be honest about what we can realistically do.

Local orders

For customers local to us, we're often more inclined to hand-deliver where practical. You can still choose postal delivery if you prefer. Please discuss and agree any local delivery arrangements with us directly.

Delivery addresses

Check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.

Please double-check your address before your order leaves us.

Once dispatched, the carrier controls the physical delivery process and an address change may no longer be possible. If a problem occurs, contact us; we'll help investigate where reasonably possible.

Orders are securely packaged with appropriate protective materials. Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with an ice pack. Products are stored consistently and appropriately before dispatch, and parcels are prepared with the aim of protecting their contents during normal delivery conditions.

About ice packs

An ice pack may not still be completely frozen or cold by the time your parcel reaches you. This can happen naturally during transit and does not, by itself, necessarily mean that the contents have been damaged.

1. Open the parcel promptly. 2. Check that everything has arrived as expected. 3. Follow the appropriate storage instructions for the product.

Storage needs depend on the exact compound, its formulation and whether it is dry or in solution. Follow the actual product or manufacturer information and qualified guidance rather than assuming one approach applies to all materials. Read our storage & handling overview on the Peptides 101 page.

We put care into every parcel, but we also know that occasionally something can go wrong. We'd much rather you speak to us than sit worrying about it.

If something arrives damaged, leaking, broken, missing, incorrect or otherwise not as expected

Please take clear photographs as soon as possible and email us at Peptides.family@outlook.com. Tell us what happened and include your order details so we can look into it.

Why we ask for photos

Photos help us understand what happened, assess the problem properly and, importantly, look at whether there is anything we can change to help prevent the same thing happening again.

Resupply

Where something has genuinely gone wrong with an order, we'll work with you to put it right. Where appropriate, we're happy to arrange a replacement/resupply. Each issue is assessed individually and fairly.

We don't operate a conventional returns system because the sterility, storage and integrity of certain products can no longer be verified once they have left our control. If something isn't right, contact us. We'll look at what has happened and work with you to find an appropriate solution, including a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Sterility & product integrity

Some products cannot simply be returned and placed back into stock because we cannot independently verify how they have been stored or handled, or whether their sterility and integrity have been maintained after leaving our control. Concerns are handled case by case.

Peace of mind

Having a problem doesn't mean you're on your own. Contact us and we'll work through it with you.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can contact us to request cancellation before an order has been packed or dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible in the same way; please get in touch so we can discuss your options.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Ordering

Submitting an order or request does not necessarily mean it has been accepted. We may contact you to clarify availability, delivery, order details, pricing or other information needed to fulfil it before proceeding.

Prices

We aim to keep website prices current, but genuine technical or typographical errors can occasionally occur. If there is an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before proceeding rather than silently charging a different amount.

Availability

Products may occasionally be unavailable or temporarily out of stock. Showing a product on the website does not guarantee its availability.
